I’m Sabrina, a Virtual Assistant based in Madrid, and I support small business owners with the day-to-day work that needs attention, organisation and follow-through. My approach is practical, proactive and straightforward — I like getting things organised, spotting what needs doing and making sure it gets done.

A little about me
I’m originally from Ireland and now live in Madrid. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked in education and customer service, and I also ran my own not-for-profit organisation, organising events and managing all the moving parts that came with it.
Those experiences taught me a lot about staying organised, communicating clearly, solving problems and keeping things moving when there’s plenty going on — all skills I now bring to the businesses I support.
Outside of work, I’m happiest exploring Madrid, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying anything that involves good food and good company.
